DISPENSAS DE LICENÇA

In their imports and exports, companies are exempt from licenses or authorizations from federal agencies, which are not associated with health controls, in the interest of national security or environmental protection.

SEGURANÇA JURÍDICA

The benefits granted through Law No. 11,508/2007 are guaranteed for a minimum period of 20 YEARS, regardless of future changes in legislation or political and economic changes to which the Country is susceptible.
